They had been imprisoned for a crime they did not commit.
Their captors refused to let them know of what crime they were accused, and yet they still held captive.
Of course, their most basic needs were met, but their life was a living hell.
For most of the time they were tortured and treated horribly.
They were continually insulted and accused of being good for nothing.
Everything filled them with fears and anxieties.
They were victims of constant harassment and were given them so many conflicting and contradictory messages that became insecure, not knowing who they were and what they were capable.
Some of them were separated, while others were forced to live in the company of people who made them constantly off the handle.
Some wanted to die.
Some continued to fight against the difficulties of life.
Although different in size, each of them was taken prisoner and was worse than some others.
Were constantly criticized for what they did.
Their captors were so they were very bad every time you make a mistake.
Whatever you need, or had ever wanted was denied.
Day after day, became increasingly unhappy and without hope.
Spent their time in self-pity and to vent their frustrations on each other.
Meanwhile, the treatment that they suffered grew gradually worse and the prisoners began to wonder if it would ever end.
They were oppressed by all the things that had to do.
Suffering, helpless.
Even when they were granted moments of freedom, it was not ever true freedom. Deep down they knew they would soon have to return to suffer at the hands of their tormentors, and that the brief did not mean anything.
They suffered for most of the time.
Many could not sleep anymore.
Their lives are emptied of meaning that they once had.
Roamed depressed, anxious, scared, stressed and frustrated by everything.
Yearns for freedom.
So who were they? And who were their captors?
"They" were the human race and the jailers in their minds.
Since you were born, all you have done your way of thinking, feeling and behaving.
Many of these habits force you to unhappiness and loneliness, force you to doubt yourself, for self-pity, hate to be afraid to try.
These emotions, in turn, affect your health, the relationship you have with others and your life.
We all want to be happy, is not it?
This is the reason to subscribe to my course "Free with NLP"
